Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve the issue.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at contact@munichcluboutlet.com.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Promotional or clearance items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

After the returned item has been inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color (if available), please mention this in your email.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us photos immediately.
We will send you a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund.
